Billie discovered in her final year at secondary school she had an interest in business studies and decided to study her AAT qualification at college. Whilst studying she landed an apprenticeship at a local accountancy firm and continued her studies to qualify as an AAT level 4 technician.

Working in practice gave Billie great knowledge to start her career. She had a passion for helping businesses to understand their numbers and enjoyed understanding how different companies worked. Billie then went on to working in the commercial sector helping small business owners to implement systems and process to enable them to focus on the day to day running of the business. In these roles Billie produced management information for directors, managed staff, went on several management courses and also worked through a management buyout at one company.

Having gained experience in several business sectors Billie decided to take the plunge and set up a business of her own. Focusing on helping small businesses with their bookkeeping, credit control and cash flow.

Louise left School and trained in Beauty Therapy at College and following that moved to Scotland with her husband who was in the Royal Air Force for 12 years. She worked in Beauty salons until having their two children and having time off to bring them up.

After that, Louise wanted to get back to work whilst still having the flexibility to care for her children so became self-employed as a Childminder, which suited her family life while her children were still young.

Louise then felt she needed more of a challenge and had met Billie through friends and had started helping her with Fosse Cashflow Solutions as the business was growing and the workload was building.

Louise studied AAT whilst working for Fosse and grew more confident working together with client’s to improve their ways of working.

Louise soon realised she had a passion for helping business owners find more efficient ways to run their business, saving them time to be able to do what they do best.

Billie then asked Louise to Join her as a Director of Fosse and continues to support their client’s with their needs on a daily basis.

In her spare time, Louise enjoys dog walks and bike rides with her family and socialising with friends.

On completing NVQs in Business Administration and Information Technology, she realised she wanted to move on to learn more on the accounting side of the business and began the AAT course at Newark College.

While studying, Jenna began manually preparing accounts for local businesses of various sizes and professions. Shortly after qualifying, she married her husband and started a family, so reduced her working hours to allow her to work around her children.

Accounts have changed a lot over the years and when the opportunity came up to join Louise and Billie at Fosse Cashflow Solutions Limited, Jenna says she knew she had to take the chance to work with clients using the modern accounting approach. Jenna likes to spend time with her family and socialise with friends in her spare time.

Charlene works part-time here at Fosse and enjoys spending the rest of her time with her family amongst the usual school runs, parties, and playgroups!
